I feel the urge to share some favorite resources again. Today, it's ADD day! Well, actually, for me EVERYDAY is ADD day, but that's neither here nor there... Anyway, even if you don't have ADD, these sites have great info on orginazation, too.
On the WebADHD.tv - A great video podcast explaining various aspects of AD/HD for all ages.
ADHDworld.com - Great online community for ADDers needing support, or even just a sounding board.
So I Married An ADDer - Often humorous blog sharing advise and understanding to those with an ADD spouse.
The ADD Consults store - For me, this is the end-all-be-all of ADD-friendly products! Terry Matlen has gone out of her way to find great products of all types for ADDers of all ages!
Tangible Stuffies
"You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid, or Crazy?!" by Kate Kelly and Peggy Ramundo is my Go-To book. I refer to this one more than any other ADD book out there. It really puts things into perspective, and reminds me that ADD is NOT a personal failing.
If you have ADD and you do any kind of cooking, go buy this. Right now. I'm not kidding. I'll wait...

Back so soon? Good. This little thing has saved my apartment from burning to the ground many a time. Whenever I need to boil water, it never fails. I ALWAYS get distracted. This glass disc rattles nice and loudly as soon as the water starts boiling, so I get snapped out of whatever I'm doing and can tend the pot.
The Watch Minder 2 is not cheap, but it is worth it's weight in platinum. It is a vibrating watch with 30 programmable alarms, 60 pre-programmed messages, and a training mode which will vibrate at set or random intervals between start and end times you specify. I have mine set to go off every 15 minutes while I'm at work, so I don't space off and forget where I am. I'm not kidding when I say that I think it is keeping me from getting fired.
These are only a few of the things I rely on, but they are "shout it from the mountaintop" worthy, in my opinion. Do you know any ADD sites/products that you can't live without? Share in the comments! I'd love to hear from you :)
